HEY. HOLA. OI.

I'm Tays, a visual researcher, creative, ghostwriter, and director’s assistant based in Barcelona. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.

My journey in the film industry began in 2014 as an editor’s assistant while studying Journalism. Driven by curiosity, I explored different roles within a production house, eventually leading to an eight-year career as a 1st Assistant Director, working across advertising, feature films, documentaries, TV, short films and music videos, and collaborating with a wide range of directors and production companies.

Later, I worked as a 2nd unit director and then as a freelance director at Rebolucion Brazil & Rebolucion UK.

In 2022, I moved to London and shifted my focus toward creative research and writing, finding new ways to create exciting stories from a unique perspective. Since then, I’ve been collaborating closely with directors, developing treatments, assisting in pre and post-production, and bringing a fresh perspective to the work.

If you're looking for someone who can build moodboards of pretty much anything, brainstorm ideas, obsess over the nitty gritty, and pet every dog along the way, look no further.
